I work integratively which means my approach allows me to draw from different counselling theories

and enables me to adapt to your specific needs and offer you autonomy in the counselling process,

either short or long term.

I have always been fascinated with what therapy can do, I continue learning and absorbing new techniques/

ongoing personal development.

These include:

Family Dynamics / Working with Suicidal Clients / CBT / Anxiety & Depression in young people / Managing Stress / Attachment / BACP core competencies working with 11-18 yr olds / Safeguarding & Child Protection /
